conduct score - or whatever it is! - ur chat monitoring system is broken

here the screenshot, i haven't insulted anyone but was having fun and babbling weirdo things with some real player about MY OWN BOT behind me and it resulted to drop my points to 50/100.
i think that is worst thing to implement into server, instead add proper report system so players report if someone behaves really badly instead of such system that filters and punish player just because he say word WEIRDO, we can say this suck, dumb quest , and taht system probably punish all for such wording even they aren't direct insult to anyone.
i wrote "here screenshot" at the start but seems there is no option to attach images so I'm skipping it unless u request as a proof and don't really know on ur own that the system makes such nonsense decisions and gives wrong punishment

Hello! After checking, I confirm that the moderation worked (more or less) correctly. You tested the moderation system by using inappropriate terms. Any insulting message spoken on a public channel (or in /say), even when talking to your bot, is subject to moderation. However, I noticed a few false positives. Your score has been slightly increased and the moderation will be improved starting with the next patch. Don't worry, your score goes back up automatically and periodically.
